Privacy Policy

Your photo never leaves your device.
Face detection, cropping and any background processing all run inside your browser. There is no upload endpoint for photos on this site — not one that we choose not to use, but none that exists.
What we collect
- Your photo — no. It is processed locally and never transmitted. We could not retrieve it if we wanted to.
- Your email address — only if you buy credits (given to us by our payment provider so we can deliver your licence key and receipt) or if you voluntarily join the launch notification list.
- Licence keys and credit usage — we store the key we issued you and a count of how many credits it has spent, so the tool knows what you have left.
- Anonymous, cookie-less usage analytics— page views and country, plus counts of which steps people reach (for example “a photo was checked”, “the background check failed”, “a file was downloaded”) so we know which problems to fix. These counts contain no image data of any kind and are tied only to a random number that is discarded when you close the tab. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
Payments
Payments are handled by Creem acting as merchant of record. Your card details go to them, never to us — we never see or store them. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your data, we do not use your photos to train any model, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking pixels.
Your choices
Want your email removed from our records, or a copy of what we hold on you? Email support@fixvisaphoto.com and we will action it within 30 days. Since we do not hold your photos, there is nothing to delete on that front.
