These terms cover your use of FixVisaPhoto at fixvisaphoto.com. By using the site you accept them.

What the service does

FixVisaPhoto checks a photo you supply against the published technical requirements for visa, passport and identity documents — dimensions, file size, colour profile, head height, eye position and background — and produces corrected versions of it. All image processing happens in your browser.

What it does not do

We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with any government, embassy or consulate. We do not submit applications, and passing our checks is not an approval of anything. The issuing authority always has the final say, and published requirements can change without notice. Judgement-based rules — whether your expression is neutral, whether the photo is recent — stay your responsibility; we tell you what to confirm.

Credits and licence keys

The compliance checker and the 4×6 print template are free. Paid packs give you credits, delivered as a licence key rather than an account. One credit unlocks the downloads for one photo. Credits do not expire. Treat the key like a password — anyone holding it can spend the credits, and we cannot restore credits spent by someone you shared it with.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; they are the seller for the transaction and handle applicable sales tax. Refunds are covered in full on our refund policy page — in short: a full refund if a photo that passed every check was rejected, and a refund of unused credits within 7 days.

Fair use

Please do not scrape the site, resell its output as a competing API, or attempt to obtain credits you have not paid for. Doing so may cost you access without a refund.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to what you paid us — which is at most the price of your credit pack. We are not liable for consequences of a rejected application, a missed appointment or a delayed trip. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
